Reinstalling CS6 on new computer
I will be purchasing a new computer in a couple of months. What is the procedure to reinstall Adobe CS6 from the old computer to the new computer? Do I have to contact Adobe and tell them what I will be doing?
Thank You in advance. Harry |

Re: Reinstalling CS6 on new computer
You have to deactivate it on the old computer (Help > Deactivate.) That releases your serial from the Adobe database and allows you to reactivate it on a different system.

But, remember that the CS6 EULA permits two installs, as long as they aren't used at the same time. At the least, assuming you haven't yet used the second one, do your new install and be sure it's good before your deactivate the old one.
