Premiere Pro CS5.5 to Avid MC6 Workflow?

Hello,

I have some P2 AVCIntra100 footage cut on Premiere Pro, and I want to bring it into my main NLE, Avid MC6 and I'm having problems.

I tried exporting a P2 structure out of PPro, but I cannot AMA link to it in Avid.
I then tried exporting a AVC file from PPro and tried AMA linking to it in Avid but the video didn't show up correctly.

I read on somewhere that it may be possible to export DNxHD from PPro... but I'm not sure how... or even how to have PPro recognize the codec...

Any suggestions?

If you have DNxHD codec installed on your system, then you can select it under "AVI" or "QuickTime" formats in the Video Codec pull down menu.
