Deflicker plugin? (Premiere Pro or AE CS6)
Hi everyone,
I've got some footage from a C300 at 24p with 180° shutter, with light flickering caused by the neon lights in the scene. Is there a easy way to solve this problem with AE or Premiere Pro CS6? Thanks |

You can use Boris Continuum 8, it works great!

Re: Deflicker plugin? (Premiere Pro or AE CS6)
This is from the Adobe help files, I haven't tried it:
"The Color Stabilizer effect samples the color values of a single reference frame, or pivot frame, at one, two, or three points; it then adjusts the colors of other frames so that the color values of those points remain constant throughout the duration of the layer. This effect is useful for removing flicker from footage and equalizing the exposure of footage with color shifts caused by varying lighting situations." Somewhere recently I saw a reference to synching the camera to 50 or 60 cycle line freqency, but I can't find the reference, it's in the CS6 PPro information on Adobe's website. Somewhere..... |
