CS5 - TITLE ROLL, SLOW MOTION

Hello, I use CS5 Premiere and got problem.
I export DVD-MPEG, PAL, 25 fps and burn it to dvd.
Problem appears at clips which are slow motioned (50%) and TITLE ROLL - 25fps.
There is no softly moving but it looks like interlace problem.

I export Lower and got no problems with interlace with basic clips - No interlace problem with fast moving clips.

Any idea?

I'm not sure i understand what you're seeing. are you seeing field artifacts?...sawtoothed vertical edges and the like?

The DVD you're burning...is that 25i, or 25p?
