HDV to YouTube
Using Vegas Movie studio 10 platinum I have always send HDV videos to YouTube with no bother and on YouTube they have been marked as HD. Since using Adobe CS5 I can't seem to do it. I have tried various pre-sets to send the HDV to You Tube but the videos always seem to be SD and the choice of viewing is 480 max. Whilst my HD videos give the choice up to 1080 playback with 720 inbetween the 480 and the 1080. I have tried export>.media and selected H264, Mpeg 4 and even Youtube HD widescreen and none of these selections seem to place the video on YouTube as HD. Any Clues please as to what, if anything I am doing wrong.

Re: HDV to YouTube
Try the YT preset again or one of the HDTV presets.
It must be a YT glitch because I have upload several HDV-YT movies with succes. |

Re: HDV to YouTube
Thanks to those who offered advice. I have solved the problem. I'd forgotton to click a little box to use the same settings as the source. I just remermbered about the box, Getting very old is a curse.
