Premiere CS5.5 importing too many audio tracks
Hi
I'm playing with CS5.5 with some EX1 footage. The project is set to "XDCAM EX 720p50" - the same as the EX1 clips. But when I drag a clip to the time line I get four, rather than two audio tracks. The top two are left and right, as I would expect, the bottom two are blank. Hopefully the attached screenshot explains it better. Any help appreciated. Thanks Ian |

Re: Premiere CS5.5 importing too many audio tracks
It might be the issue with mxf files. I think that if you select the clips in the bin, go to clip->interpret footage->audio channels, you'll get the option of disabling the two additional tracks on selected clips.
