CS5 Premier-Rending Issues
For some reason once I render, SAVE and reopen my project, about 30-40% of my clips need to be re-rendered. This has been happening on a few projects in Premier in the past few weeks. Has anyone come across this?

Re: CS5 Premier-Rending Issues
Can't guarantee this will fix the issue, but try cleaning the Media Cache Database, freed up 90GB on my C: drive when I did this!

Re: CS5 Premier-Rending Issues
If I may ask,
What useful function does the media cache serve? Is it safe to delete it's contents and when? Is it a temporary dumping ground/storage place? What impact does it have on a project after the contents are deleted and I have to use the project again? Thank you. |

Re: CS5 Premier-Rending Issues
I'll try this but I'm using a 2tb external hard drive with about 500gig left.
