frame rate conversion in PP

Hi

I have a weird problem, I am finishing some film (that I stared ages ago in FCP) and they are shot and finished in 24.00fps. Now I need to make some blue-rays (notorious 23.976). My old workflow still works, export the timeline as qt and re-conform in cinematools. In PP one can export the timeline as ProRez and the open the same file and interpret footage as....

But would it be possible to do without the middle man, meaning dropping the 24.00fps timeline into 23.976 timeline with proper scaling applied so the sound would be stretched longer while the image is kept intact (without any added frames or frame-blending)?

Thank You
