FCP7 -> Premiere with no XML? at DVinfo.net

Are there any ways of importing FCP7 projects into CS5 without re-exporting it as XML from inside FCP?

FCP7 just took a dive on my work computer and I am looking to take the project and work on it at home, but I cannot open it to re-export it... or else I would just edit it in Final Cut haha
