Mixing HDV 1080i & AVCHD 1080p on same timeline
Hi all,
Up until now, i have been shooting from several Sony Z1s and my footage has been easy to edit as it's all been 1440x1080 60i. I have recently purchased several new cameras that record in different formats and was wondering if there is anything special that I need to do before mixing the footage on the timeline. I'm currently using: - Sony NX5U (1920x1080 30p AVCHD) - Sony S270U (1440x1080 30p HDV) - Sony Z1u (1440x1080 60i HDV) The videos will be output to both Blu-ray and DVD (combo packs). I was planning on using sequence settings for the NXCAM @ 1920x1080 30p AVCHD but wasnt sure if anything needs to be done to the other two formats so they match and export properly from the same timeline. Any suggestions??? Forgot to mention that I'm using CS5 if that matters. Your help is greatly appreciated! |

BluRay is interlaced only. So i would go for 1920x1080 60i.
