Install CS5.5 and Encore Problems

Failed part could be a possibility. It is a new computer. I ascribe the misadventure in part to this family creed.

"It is pre-ordained that the Hart breed shall never prosper at games of chance. But like the lemmings from the cliffs, it will not stop us from trying".

Computers are a gamble, ergo, the Hart breed shall always have trouble with them. That's my excuse anyway.
