changing project settings or copying an entire timeline
Need some help. I started editing in CS3 at 1280X720 (720p) and my source footage is 1440X1080. At first I thought it was nice because I seemed have more control since the video was always zoomed in without a loss in quality. So I just spent the past 6 hours editing this video only to find out when I export it, its all messed up on any clips I scaled down.
Please tell me how can I fix this without starting over from scratch!

Re: changing project settings or copying an entire timeline
Create a project with the proper settings and import/drag the old one into it.

Re: changing project settings or copying an entire timeline
So I guess I can copy and paste the entire timeline into a new project. Didn't think that would work but it did! hooray!
Thanks Adam... I feel dumb now. oh well, now I know.

Re: changing project settings or copying an entire timeline
Actually this functionality of just importing a project into a new one with correct settings is what I'm missing in new versions of PPro. It was the only way to change sequence settings while keeping all my audio tracks filters and automations intact. Right now it is not possible.

Re: changing project settings or copying an entire timeline
I sent them a lot of feature requests. Some of them did actually made it to recent releases.
