mpeg2 vs mpeg2-dvd in Adobe Media Encoder
can anyone point me to information on the difference between these two types of mpeg2?
is one more compressed than the other? I need the facts! :O |

The difference is only in multiplexing. Mpeg-2 outputs mpeg file with both audio and video, while mpeg2-dvd outputs m2v and wav/aiff streams. You can set quality and size to your liking in both, just remember that DVD player will only read up to 8 Mbps of video.
