Different frame rates at the same sequence - Premiere Pro

Hello everyone,

Here is my question. I'm working on an XDCAM EX (1080p25) project on premiere pro. I want to change the frame rate of a clip but keep the duration. I want to have 20fps or less for example on a certain clip even if the default is 25p. Is that possible?

Thanks,
Ilias
