Speed/Duration Maintain Audio Pitch???
I did some documentary videos that had some time lapses about 1 year ago. In the TLs I was able to use the maintain audio pitch option to maintain the audio pitch and it worked just fine but 1 year later I need to do it again and its not working, the maintain audio pitch option just makes the audio really distorted.
I'm using Pr Pro CS4 Please help, Thanks

Why not unlink the video and audio and only change speed of the video?

I could do that but the audio would be out of sinc with the video.

A few questions:
- Can we assume this was one continuous HG20 clip instance that is being sped up on the timeline using only the clip speed/duration function? - Native frame rate? - How much are you speeding it up, 2x, 10x, 1000x? - Are any audio effects applied to the clip? - What audio hardware does your computer have? - Any third party add-ons (Matrox, etc)?

Finally works, Thank you Pete.
I was able to get the results I was looking for by going to "Interpret Footage" and changing the "Frame Rate" from 29.97 to 30. The "Maintain Audio Pitch" option dose not work if the clip is sped up more than 999% which is fine because I don't need any faster. Thank you All.
