CS3 Audio and Video speed increase
Hi All,
Need help figuring out if there is a siple way to increase both the speed of audio and video in a clip. I have about 6 hours of HDV that was captured in a film transfer that is too slow. I'm not worried about frame rates and such=mainly just want to get the audio sounding human again. Is there a plugin or something simple. I know I can speed the audio and video seperatly but looking for a quick simple solution. Thanks BTW I'm a noob at PPro but and experienced editor on other platforms. Thanks in advance. |

Hi Chris, if you right click on your clip you can choose Speed/Duration from the dropdown - you can change your speed and there is also a button to allow you to maintain pitch or not - I presume 'not' in your case. Hope that will do it for you - odd request though :-) good luck.

Yes, I found that. Thanks for the reply. Now just have to endure the 8x realtime render for the clip to come out. Man HDV is suckie when it comes to rendering/encoding...oh well.
