CS5 encoded flv choppy playback
I encoded a timeline from premiere CS5 to both .flv and .f4v
Uploaded the .flv to my server and created a flash page with player to show client the video. When the video plays back (via the .html link) the video is very choppy.(tried it on several computers with same result) Any ideas of what's going on? I brought the .flv back into the Premiere timeline and it plays great.

Three things to check:
1. Is the resolution and/or bitrate of the encoded .FLV/.F4V video too high? 2. Is the connection between the tested computer and the server slow (or too slow for the resolution of the video content)? 3. If you tested with several computers, are all of the computers using the same kind of connection to the server? |
