Dear customer, Currently it doesn´t support 64 Bit NLEs like Premiere CS5 64 Bit. Please use the 32bit version of CS4 at the moment. We have in the future 64bit-Upgrades for all proDAD products in CS5 (64bit). But I have no exactly date. The first product with CS5 is the new generation of Mercalli V2 next month. mit freundlichen Gruessen / with kind regards Uwe Wenz Customer Support Manager proDAD GmbH So - June sometime it should be ready The alternative.... Thank you for contacting NewBlueFX. We are currently updating all of our products to properly work with CS5. We plan to have this ready very soon. I hope you will find this information helpful. I own both and I did like the Mercalli but their customer service stinks. I purchased their produt and I wrote them at least 10 times and they NEVER sent the code to unlock the software. I kept getting promises that they would do it but were extremely busy or out of the office. I even paid extra for a disc to be sent, which they did but after 15 to 30 days a watermark showed up and I got tired of writing them and finally unistalled the software. I wouldn't purchase anything from them. I own the video essentials from Newblue effects and it's a good piece of software but no, it doesn't work with CS5 either so my advice is to wait.
