CS5 trial = no HDV?

OK, just installed a trial of CS5 (waiting for adobe to send me my free upgrade to CS5).

In the new sequence presets, there no options for HDV, as seen in this screengrab: TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, 2010-05-02_1907

I can't even select it manually: TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, 2010-05-02_1911

And when I try to add a previously captured HDV .M2t to an NTSC timeline, Premiere doesn't recogize it as video (audio only), and I can't add t tot he video portion of the timeline: TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, 2010-05-02_1913

Any idea what's going on here?

Yeah it was kind of a heart breaker, I wish Adobe would just ship my copy of CS5 or email me my key so I can start work again on my HD video projects.

Yes, it seems like a massive waste of time and money for all involved. Why can't they just email us a serial number? Instead, we have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to ship us a box.
