Since my experiences with Adobe support were not stellar, to say the least, and my only possibility at that moment was to call the US (not toll free, as that was not possible), buy paid support and hope for the best, I decided to try to solve my issue via the U2U forums.
Since that time and with that experience, I only buy in my own country, even though it is more expensive than the US.
I'm still hoping that Adobe will one day recognize my efforts for them and award me a free suite. There is still hoping...
