Audio sync/latency in CS4

I am having a small issue now that I've sold my Matrox MXO2 mini. I was using that for monitoring my timeline, but now I am using the second DVI port on my Nvidia GForce 285 with the HDMI adapter, taking it to my HDMI monitor. That works fine, but I lost my HDMI audio (DVI to HDMI issue), so now I have no "reference" to match my video track to my audio. The Mackie Onyx Satellite firewire audio interface I use as my sound card has latency, something I could visually here when turning up the audio on the HDMI monitor while playing back my timeline. The latency is somewhat considerable, enough to throw off the timing multiple frames when cutting to audio beats.

My question is:

Is there a way to sync this back together? Is there a way to adjust the audio output to counteract the latency? I was thinking I could maybe find a test video file or something that has some hard cuts to music so I can test and adjust (if there is a way to adjust)... does anyone know of such a test file or could provide one?
