Best import method from FCP

I need to give someone a top quality file edited in FCP using Pro Res LT. Original files were from Canon 5DMk11, Mpeg Streamclipped to Pro Res, 48kHz and then converted to 29.97 using Cinema Tools.

What does Premier REALLY LIKE as a native import and can I make it so with a particular type of export from FCP? I need also to go cross platform. That someone is a Windows, Premier user.

I have played around a bit and notice that Pro Res footage is very jerky. I have not tried an export from FCP.
