Audio Stutters in Cinema
Hi, I have at ten min piece airing in the local cinema tonight!
When we checked it a week ago, their system in the office plays it back no problems, but when they project it on the big screen the audio stutters, but only when the image is all white or all black? The format they requested was "anything 1280 or greater, MPEG2 Vid, MPEG1 audio. The file I gave them was 1920 X 1080, rendered VBR2 at conservative rates, max 25Mb/s (the movies the play are 40Mb/s) 48 Khz, audio MPEG layer II, bitrate 384, multiplexer MPEG2. My thinking is the Black or white background image is so easy on the codec the audio gets additional data that overloads their system, or the original sound was 44.1 and the step up to 48 is some kind of issue? any thoughts?
