PC CS4 to Mac FCP2

I have a need to send another editor a file that is right now on my timeline in PPCS4. It is 1920x1080 @ 24 FPS. I need to deliver it to a Mac FCP2 user in 720p 24 fps format. What export settings would be best for a combination of quality and compression (I need to send the file via FTP).

Thanks!

I don't know if it matters really. What is your native footage? Is it DVCProHD?

The only thing I have noticed from Adobe in CS3/4 is their ability to let users mess up 24p. Is your timecode actually 23.976 or is it 23.980? That will end up being a bigger deal than what your codec is.
