Adobe Premier Pro CS4
Can someone tell me if this automatically installs as 64 bit? I question this because of the start bar. Thanks.

It's not a 64-bit app, so no.
Only Photoshop in CS4 is 64-bit. Rumors are CS5 will be completely 64-bit.

Yeah this confused me as well. Whe you go to the Adobe site it says right on the front page
"Gain up to 227% performance improvement using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 on 64-bit systems" I interpreted that as being a 64-bit version but if you read the FAQ it is clear that ins't the case "For Adobe Premiere Pro, use version 4.1. This free update contains changes that allow Adobe Premiere Pro to use more than 4GB of RAM in the system by making multiple instances of itself each time 4GB has been used." |
