Wierd Export Movie error in CS4 - with garbage matt tool.

Hello,
I doubt anyone can solve this but ill explain anyway.
Lately, when i go to File, Export movie, in CS4 it pulls up the Export movie settings window.
You have the Source, and Output tabs; When i choose, for example, H264 Format, the Output tab will display the source correct, but the ouput tab shows it incorrectly. It will show layers cropped weird and placed out of place.

This only happens when i have two layers or more in a greencreen composite. IF its one layer it works fine. But with a greenscreen shot or when i use the Garbage matt tool. I think it has to do with the garbage matt effect when it is applied to a clip.

Well, I may be the only one having this problem but it means i cant export the video right, so it stinks for me.
