Speech Transcript not working at DVinfo.net

Anyone else had issues using the Speech Transcript feature?
Seem to be going thru all the right steps but when I hit "Transcribe", I get the little Yellow warning triangle that it didn't work.

Using 4.1 on a Mac and MPEG video

Speech transcript is useless anyway. It generates rubbish all the time.
