Is this a good Tutorial CD for Adobe Premiere CS3? at DVinfo.net

I am new to video editing and am looking for a new user tutorial for Premiere CS3. I have come across the tutorial cd listed below and am wondering if anyone has used it and what they think of it. I dont like reading much so books arent for me. i watched some of the sample videos and it looks pretty good from what i can see, but if you have any experience with these tutorials please let me know. If you want to reccomend something else, that would be great as well. Thanks!
