Did I Delete a Default Preset?
I was outputing some clips to 720p and realzied that my list of HDV presets only include 720p @ 23.97 -- no 29.97! I'm concerned that I (or my son, who sometimes uses my PC) may have deleted a default preset. But it's just based on my poor memory -- is it missing, or has it *always* been missing?
And if it has been deleted, how might I restore it? (CS4 on Windows) Thanks, kb |

The sequence presets are in program files > adobe > premiere pro cs4> settings > presets folder, first thing is to look and see if they are there...if you have a backup or clone drive you can copy the files from that back to your working drive...there is a file for 720p30..../Battle Vaughan

Thanks Battle.
I wrote the query incorrectly, though (my bad) The place where I don't see 720p -30(ish) is at export media time for H.264 format. I see a preset "HDTV 720p 23.976 High Quality" and presets for 1080 like "HDTV 1080p 29.97 High Quality" but no "HDTV 720p 29.97 High Quality" is it accidentally deleted, or was it just never there to begin? thanks again, kb |
