moving preset from one computer to another at DVinfo.net

I built a new system and brought over my PP CS4 files, but the effects presets didn't transfer.

How do I get all of my custom effects on my new machine?

sometimes this works and sometimes it don't...

create a custom preset and the others should show up after you save the custom preset..
