Exporting Premiere projects into After Effects
I do not have Dynamic Link, since I don't have the production suite, but I would like to export premiere projects into a high quality format, to be imported into AE to do titles and effects. What are good formats (quicktime, h264, other...) and settings for this purpose?

AE (I can only speak of the older version 7, from CS2) opens Premiere files directly, and imports "seqences" to "timelines" automatically, right from the "open file" dialog box. This transfers all of your in/out points and some effects settings..if all you've done is edit, then AE will pick right up where you left off in Premiere, using references to the exact same raw footage files that Premiere had been managing.
