Handheld like filter?
I know they make a filter to put handheld-like motion into video if it was shot on a tripod. But I was wondering what the options are? Anything free?
Thanks! |

Look at the motion effects bundle, not free but I think it has what you want: http://www.newbluefx.com/videofx-9.h...FRM_xwodnGzCuA /Battle Vaughan/miamiherald.com video team

the Wiggle expression in After Effects can be used in this way. It may take some time and patience to get it to look fluid.

Shoot a handheld refernce shot, track the motion and apply that to your tripod footage.

Scott,
The NewBlue sampler pack I just got with my Vegas upgrade has a plugin called "Active Camera" which has a tweakable handheld camera preset. This might fit the bill. |
