Premiere CS3 Guides and Anchors

This is my first time using Premiere. Is there a way to change the anchor point of a Title? I'm trying to position a number of titles that are different sizes in different frames the same amount of space from the top, but because the position is determined from the center point, different sized titles give different x,y coordinates even when in the same position. I'd like to change the anchor of an object from the center to the top left.

Can you create guides like in Photoshop? I figure I can line up things visually instead.
