Adobe Premiere and FX-1000 issue
hi,
I've been trying to capture HDV footage in quicktime from FX-1000 using Apple Intermediate Codec or other uncompressed codec. The premiere doesn't allow me to capture quicktime. if I go to Project Setting > Capture > Select Quicktime > Click on Video > Sources tap. All the options are grayed out. As soon as I connect my old PD-150, all the options become available and of course I can capture in quicktime and edit. I just noticed that regardless which format (SD or HD) you use with FX-1000, Premiere won't allow me to capture in quicktime. In other words, if I shoot in SD, there's no way I can capture the footage in quicktime. that's crazy. I only can select HDV from Project Setting > General > Capture. It captures HDV in mpeg. FX-1000 is not on the device list and I select standard - Sony from the list. am I doing anything wrong? does anybody has the issue capturing in quicktime (.avi in PC). Is that because my FX-1000 relatively new or Premiere's issue with handling quicktime? Jun |
