60P into 25P timeline at 25frame/sec?

I'm shooting in 720 60P on an EX3 and want the footage mapped at its slowest posible, ie. 25 frames per second, OZ is PAL Land. When I shoot 50P it's easy I streacth stretch the clip to 200% and end up with 25 f/p/s.

Is there a cool way in PP3 to achieve this from 60P?
