Premier CS3 Questions
Ok I have the Adobe Creative Suite CS3 and pretty happy with Premier but have a few questions.
I should also add that I am very new to this still and have Cineform HD for Premier, in case these are part of the problem/solution. I record to a 160 GB portable Hd and love it, but the .m2t files have to be converted to Cineform .avi files before Premier can add them to the project. I thought .m2t files could be dropped right into the project. Am I doing something wrong, or do the files indeed need to be converted. Also for rendering to flash, what do you recomend to do this. (flv) Thanks |

CS3 supports M2T files.

Brian I thought it did, however when I double click to add to the project, navagate to where my M2T files are and select even a small file, it says Premier encountered an error and could not import the file.
If I convert it, the file imports fine !@#$% |

If you set up the project using a Cineform preset, they need to be converted to .avi. If you set up a native Premiere m2t project, they go straight in.
