Encoder issue ? at DVinfo.net

Hi guys.
I've recently upgraded to PP4 and this is my first time running through encoder! Oh dear...its not going well. The project is listed in the queue and when I hit start it begins says it loading. After a few minutes it stops, nothing has been encoded !???

I have tried using the encoder standalone on a single file and it works no problem, so it seems it the link back to PP4 !!???

Help...very very appreciated !?????

I've noticed a strange thing with Encoder on my system, and it may just be peculiar to my setup, that sometimes Encoder appears to stop and when you click on the Encoder window (the one with the preview image in it) it comes to life and either is finished encoding or finishes...strange....worth a try..../Battle Vaughan/miamiherald.com video team

Although my CS3 system is now finally a happy bunny, I end up with issues in AME about half the time. Rather than losing what's left of my mind, I broke down and bought TMPGEnc, effectively removing AME from the equation. Might be one of the best reasons I have had for parting with a c-note in a long time.

If you continue to have issues, you might want to consider this option.
