Premiere CS4 - 16 bit file support?

Hey all,

Does anyone know if the new Premiere CS4 supports loading of 16 bit file formats like openEXR and Tiff? CS3 would only let you import 16 bits PhotoShop files which was useless!

Premier CS4 manual says it supports the following as still image sequences up to 16 bit depth...

TIFF and TIFF sequence (TIF)

Doesn't say it will support openEXR :(

After Effects CS4 supports the following.......

OpenEXR (EXR; 32 bpc)
TIF
