PPCS3 export to .wmv: Driver not found at DVinfo.net

I'm trying to export from PPCS3 on Vista 64 bit, to windows media file. It starts to export than says 'Writer not found!'

Googling this mostly turns up people getting this error, and Adobe having no clue how to fix it.

Anyone else see this? Any ideas?

My only thought would be if you are running Vista Business because that does not come with all of the media features.
