Dreamy glow?

Seems CS3 is missing alot of effects from earlier versions (I'm also on a Mac), so I'm wondering how to make the slightly blown out glowy look of a dream sequence...think end of Gladiator when he meets his family again

hmmm boost up the exposure and if you want a white vig you need to do that in photoshop
