Elements or Pro?

I've been working with Adobe Première Elements and I have installed the trial version of the Pro. As far as I can see, for my kind of work there are not so many apparant advantages in converting to the Pro-workflow. Elements is much more intuitive and easier to use, especially for sound dubbing. Would there be any quality improvement (and I mean purely image quality: sharpness, resolution, color rendition, contrast,...) if I would make the switch to Pro? My camera's are a Sony HVR-Z7 and an Canon HV30.

best way to find out would be to run your own tests. Obviously CS3 has it's benefits, but only you know if it's worth the extra cash.
