Match frame in nested sequence?

Hello, is it possible to go directly to a matching frame of a nested sequence? I have a multicam shoot with dialogue which needs cleaning up. I am editing the multicam timeline (so it's nested).

Now, when I need to switch cameras (to avoid jump cuts), I need to manually locate the corresponding frame, which is VERY time consuming. Is there any way to speed this up? Thanks!
