I recommend you go to YouTube and search for Premiere tutorials. There are many other sites and also check out Steven Gotz -google them. THEN if you think you still have the need you can look into a class that isn't basic basic and sometimes a waste of money. In my opinion.

I recommend Total Training or Lynda.com. I have used both and like them both.

While I haven't yet seen a deep Premiere tutorial (with some real world examples like advanced dialogue editing), Lynda's Premiere CS3 Beyond the Basics was really close.
