How to import DVD audio in the timeline?

Hey guys,
What is the best way to capture audio from a DVD to use in Adobe Premiere? I want to preserve the audio quality as much as possible. I noticed the DVD files are all VOB files, so how would I get the audio?

Perhaps i should use a tool such as TOTAL RECORDER? Thanks for any tips and advice.
