25p footage in 30p timeline at DVinfo.net

We have a 30p Premiere CS3 project that is using Cineform Aspect HD. We want to integrate some 25p stock footage (about 5 seconds).

Will Premiere allow us to drop this footage in our timeline? Can we convert it to Cineform? Do we need to convert it to 60i first?

All depends on what you want to do with 25p footage. Do you want it to run 20% faster so that there is no frame blending, or do you want it original timing.
