Audio Question more like HELP! at DVinfo.net

So I have a xl-1 and MA-100 (i think) anyway 2 audio inputs on the back
I needed to record 2 differnt audio tracks at the same time with the video. one lavel mic and 1 boom.

got the shooting done, reviewed the tape, the sound is perfect when plaing thru the RCA jacks into the monitor........but her comes the problem, when I import this clip into premiear 1.5.1, and drag to time line, i get a audio track but their is nothing their, so I went to clip>audio>break into 2 seprate tracks.....and still nothing

any sugestions?
