encoding high quality 16:9 at DVinfo.net

Good morning,

I am using 1.5 and I went to encode to mp2 so I could go to encore only to find there is not a High quality 2 pass encoder, only Low quality, 2 pass.

What would you suggest to use as the preset to have the best quality dvd.
