Premier vs Flash CS3 for rendering

Hi guys, I'm new to Premier and have been rendering .avi file to .flv with it satisfactorily.

However I downloaded a copy of a trial version of Flash Pro CS3 and find I actually prefer encoding with Premier, for example I get an estimate of the file size prior to encoding which I don't get with Flash.

Are there any reasons to be using Flash CS3 for encoding, any features you guys know of I might be missing out on?
