Importing Fonts to Pro2?
Hey
I need to incorporate a type font called "Bliss" throughout a corporate DVD. I have the disc with all the information, I think? The disc has a file of resources and a file with the actual fonts inside. Am I able to import the font set I require to write the text signposting within the project using the text writer as normal, if yes how, or do I have do something else, again what? Many thanks Inadvance... |

hmmm interesting...
When I get a new font of the net I just chuck it straight into my font library. On Windows (not sure about mac's) goto C:/windows/fonts and drag your bliss file into that folder and it will show up in pp2. Not sure if can import fonts into a program.... hope this helps |

I had to use a font named "Bambi"
for a recent job. I did the same as Blake. In XP Pro, I used Control Panel/Fonts. Now that font is available to any app on my machine.
MAC OS X "Help" states "...the easiest way to install and maange fonts is by using the Font Book. Font Book is located in your Applications folder. For more info about using Font Book, see Font Book Help, available in the Help menu when Font book is open." Once you add it in either system, the font s/b available to all apps. So, as you acquire fonts this way, you can enlarge the repertoire available to you. Hope this helps.
