Encore cs3 hangs on opening/ direct dvd burn at DVinfo.net

Have been slogging through many of the same bugginess that others have had with The CS3 Production Suite..First it was install issues, then the PP titler did its Riverdance imitation, and now after relatievly trouble free operation for the last month...suddenly I cannot get Encore sc3 to open...hangs at the "come for the blue ray" message when opening. Tried the complete reinstall with the CS3 registry script cleaner, still hangs..Any thoughts?
